Shipping within Australia

  • Standard shipping is A$15.
  • Shipping is free when the order value is over A$99.
  • The available destination, current charge and any delivery estimate are shown during checkout. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Personalised orders and change of mind

StickIt photo tiles are made to order from the photos and selections submitted by the customer. We do not offer a separate change-of-mind return after production has begun.

If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether production has started; a request is not confirmed until our team confirms it in writing.

Australian Consumer Law rights

The change-of-mind policy above does not exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, unsafe, do not match their description or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee, a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy may be available depending on the circumstances.

Report a problem

  1. Contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Include photographs when they help show a print, damage or delivery issue.
  3. Keep the product and packaging until we provide return or disposal instructions.

We will assess the request against the order record and applicable consumer guarantees. We will not direct an Australian customer to resolve a seller obligation with a manufacturer.
