Terms of use

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to use of au.stickit.co and orders placed through the Australian store. By placing an order, you confirm that the order details and uploaded content are correct and that you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Product and order information

• Prices and checkout totals are displayed in Australian dollars.
• Personalised photo tiles are produced from the files, crop, size and other options submitted with the order.
• Screen colour and brightness vary by device. The physical print may not appear identical to a backlit display.
• An order is accepted when the store sends an order confirmation. We may contact you if payment, file or order details require clarification.

3. Your photos and other content

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and print the content in your order. You grant the operator and its production service providers the limited permission needed to process the files, manufacture the order and provide customer support. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.

4. Changes and cancellations

Personalised goods are made to order. Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. We will check its production status, but cannot promise a change or cancellation after production has begun. This voluntary change-of-mind position does not affect Australian Consumer Law rights where a consumer guarantee is not met.

5. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, charges and any delivery estimate are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates can be affected by production, destination and carrier conditions. See the current shipping, cancellation and returns information before ordering.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Goods sold to Australian consumers come with consumer guarantees that apply automatically. If a product does not meet an applicable guarantee, the available remedy depends on the nature of the problem and may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation. These rights are separate from any voluntary store policy.

7. Suitable wall surfaces and safe placement

StickIt photo tiles are intended for suitable smooth, clean, dry and stable wall surfaces. Adhesion and removal results depend on the surface, paint condition, preparation and use. Follow the supplied instructions, test an inconspicuous area when appropriate, and do not position a tile where a fall could cause injury or property damage.

8. Website availability and intellectual property

The website may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance or due to third-party services. Site software, branding and store content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.

9. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of its breach. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit liability to be excluded or limited. These terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales and Australia, subject to any mandatory rights a consumer has in another Australian jurisdiction.
