Privacy policy

1. Information we collect

• Contact, delivery and order details, such as name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Customer-provided photos, crop and product selections needed to preview, manufacture and support a personalised order.
• Payment and transaction status supplied by the checkout provider. StickIt does not need to receive full payment-card details to fulfil an order.
• Device, browser, IP, cookie-consent, security and website-usage information generated when the site is used.
• Messages, support history and any information voluntarily provided to us.

2. Why we use personal information

• To create previews, manufacture, deliver and support orders.
• To process checkout, prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
• To answer questions and resolve product, delivery or account issues.
• To maintain and improve website reliability and customer experience.
• To send marketing only where the required consent or other lawful basis applies, with an unsubscribe option.

3. Service providers and disclosure

We disclose only the information reasonably needed by providers that help operate the store, including Shopify and payment services, print-production partners, delivery carriers, Filestack image upload, Cloudflare storage and delivery, Vercel hosting, security/error monitoring and customer-support tools. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell customer photos or personal information. Providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States, the European Union and other locations used by their networks. Provider locations and subprocessors can change; contact us for current information relevant to a particular service.

4. Customer photos and retention

Uploaded photos are used to prepare and fulfil the customer's order, provide previews and support order-related requests. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, security, dispute handling and legal or accounting obligations. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove protected backups or records we must retain.

5. Cookies and analytics choices

Essential storage is used for functions such as cart state, security and consent. Other analytics or marketing technologies are controlled through the cookie-consent choices presented on the site. Browser controls can also block or clear cookies, although doing so may affect some site functions.

6. Security and customer choices

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or ask whether information can be deleted, by emailing au.help@stickit.co. We may need to verify identity before acting and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

7. Privacy questions and complaints

Send a privacy question or complaint to au.help@stickit.co. Include enough detail for us to identify the issue. We will acknowledge and assess the complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
