What are the frame sizes available on the site?

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 3 business days. Exact information will appear at the order completion stage.

What are Stickit?

Stickit are beautifully designed framed pictures that stick to the wall without the need for nails. You can combine photos from trips and various experiences to create a designed and emotional wall that tells your family's story.

How do Stickit stick to the wall?

On the back of the frame there is special adhesive foam. Remove the protective paper and stick the frame directly to the wall.

Can they be repositioned and re-stuck?

Yes, that's part of the idea! Follow the instructions included in the package and email. If you don't rehang the Stickit immediately, place parchment paper on the adhesive strip so it doesn't dry out

Can Stickit damage walls?

You can safely stick STICKIT frames on most types of walls. However, on walls with prominent plaster spots, plaster patterns (such as rain patterns, drops, splashes, thick plaster, etc.) or surface irregularities, it is not possible and it is preferable not to stick frames on such wall types. Of course, if you encounter any problem, let us know and we'll be happy to help immediately.

Are there walls that cannot be used?

There are unsuitable walls, such as:

  • Concrete, metallic, black, cashmere, and yuta paints
  • Walls with prominent spray texture or thick protrusions

Can I use photos from Facebook, Instagram, and Google?

Absolutely! Choose online services and upload photos directly from Facebook, Instagram, Google Photos, or Google Drive. It's recommended to use original photos rather than those transferred via WhatsApp to maintain high quality.

How can I pay on the site?

Payment is made exclusively via credit card through our secure website. We accept all types of credit cards except American Express.

What about multiple promotions?

You cannot use multiple promotions. A voucher purchased through the Benefits Club is considered a promotion and cannot be used with additional benefits.

How to cancel your order?

We recognize that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order.

As our products are personalized and made-to-order, we cannot cancel orders once production begins, but there is a brief period immediately after placing your order when we can still cancel it for you.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our chat service on the website to speak directly with one of our team members.

  • The order number you wish to cancel
  • The reason for your cancellation request
